Please be prepared to pay for your home appraisal during your loan application appointment. First, we conduct a free on your lot custom home site assessment. Our experienced On Your Lot Custom Home team will inspect the land and conduct a site survey. Based on the results of the survey, the On Your Lot Custom Home team will then establish a budget for those items that may be required to make the land suitable for building. Some of those items might be removing trees, grading land, obtaining building permits or implementing a well or septic system. Your home is scheduled to begin framing in approximately 30 days. You will be contacted by your Personal Builder to schedule your informative New Home Review meeting. Your lender has up to Forty Five days from final CAD posting to give you the green light for True OYL to build your dream home.
